You must contact us prior to the return of your purchase to receive a Return Authorization Code.    We can be reached at sales@rosaryhub.com.   Returns must be shipped back to us via courier.

Please note we will not accept any returned items without a Return Authorization Code, nor any items that have been used, damaged, and not in its original condition. The sender will be liable for any loss or damage during shipment of returns. Upon receipt of the returned goods in its original condition, RosaryHub will make a refund via PayPal within 3 business days.
